Who owns the technology and the data generated by using SkyLux-Global's infrastructure, and how that data is used to train AI models.

1. SkyLux-Global intellectual property

The platform, APIs, software, algorithms, AI models, documentation and brand are owned by [IP holding company name] (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) and licensed to SkyLux-Global Inc.. Partner receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services during the agreement. Partner must not reverse engineer, copy or use the services to build a competing product.

2. Partner data

Partner keeps all rights in its brand and in the personal data of its end customers. SkyLux-Global claims no ownership of that personal data and processes it only under the Data Processing Agreement.

3. Ownership of platform data

All aggregated, historical, search and operational data generated through use of the infrastructure ("Platform Data") is owned exclusively by SkyLux-Global. Platform Data contains no personal data and includes, for example:

  • routing decisions and supplier performance;
  • price fluctuations and fare availability over time;
  • search volumes, demand patterns and conversion rates;
  • API usage, latency and error metrics.

4. AI training and data products licence

  • Partner agrees that traffic generated through its use of the services will be used, after anonymisation, to train and improve SkyLux-Global's artificial intelligence models.
  • Partner grants SkyLux-Global a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to process, combine and package the resulting anonymised metrics for Data Monetization purposes, including analytics products for travel industry operators.
  • Data products never identify Partner, its customers or its commercial terms. Metrics are only published when aggregated across at least [N] independent sources.

5. Feedback

Suggestions and feedback that Partner gives about the services may be used by SkyLux-Global freely and without obligation.
